Grown up
Feel like i'm all grown up, working in society, rather than serving my 2 1/2 yrs of NS, except 4 � performing Guard Duties part & � lack of freedom, being bounded by endless rules & regulations. There are many reasons for me 2 say tht. 1stly, i'm serving my NS like working hours. It's like an 8-5 job, jus tht � salary is very much lower, there is less freedom, we are not being treated as adults but servants etc. 2ndly, there are politics in my camp, which happens almost in every other office or company. Politics is something tht i really detest, something which forces you 2 take sides. Something which involves alot of time & effort. Something like a battle tht nvr cease 2 end. Something tht segregates � people rather than bringing them 2gether.

3rdly, gossips are evidently present in � workshop, which is pretty similar 2 tht of offices. People will talk bad abt other people behind their backs, backstabbing each other & spread rumours once they receive any reliant information. I was quite surprised 2 hear some of my camp-mates talking bad abt others, whom on � outside, they seem 2 be getting along jus fine wth them. It's like very pretentious & fake. I hve 2 admit tht i did talk behind others back but it's behind people whom i dislike. I don't pretend 2 be someone in front of them & be a total different person when there aren't around, since i don't usually interact wth them. It's really sad tht sometimes we hve 2 resort 2 tis 2 vent our anger or unhappiness. Imagine somebody talking behind your back w/o you knwing, wldn't you feel hurt? I'm a person who really minds wat others think abt me, so i wld definitely feel hurt & upset if someone talks abt me behind my back. Guess these are basically � reasons tht make me think tht i've grown up & is working currently.

Talking abt being fake & pretentious, i can see tht there are actually people who are like tht. In front of us, he mayb someone who's very confident & always order us 2 do tis & tht for him. But when his superior comes, he becomes like a dog, nodding at watever his superior says 2 him, agreeing 2 almost everything. In short, he's an apple polisher, a boot-licker or a person who sucks-up 2 his superiors. It's like he'll do things 2 please & impress his superiors, which in turn he hopes 2 get sth gd out of it. In Army, we wld like 2 say tht these people like 2 "wayang", which means 2 do things only when their superiors are in front of them. When � superiors are gone, they don't do anything at all. I absolutely hate these type of people.

Went 2 Serangoon Gardens yesterday wth a few of my camp-mates for supper. It was partly becauz of wat we talked abt tht lead me 2 think tht actually my NS life is sth similar 2 tht of � working world. We gossiped abt some people frm our camp & spilled � beans abt people whom we hate. Isn't tht sth you do wth your colleagues after work, talking 2 them abt work, � people in � office, wat you hate abt � management, cursing & swearing at your bosses etc. Getting closer & closer 2 some of my camp-mates, which i totally enjoy being wth. Hopefully we get 2 to do tis once in a while so tht my life won't be tht monotonous.

Will be performing Guard Duty tmr afterwhich on Sat i still hafta attend my unit's family day, which is at Choa Chu Kang. Hve no choice since one of � organisers of � event is performing Guard Duty tmr as well, which means tht by hook or crook he has 2 go for it. Tis in turn means tht i hve 2 head down as well.(Another reason being tht they are meeting in camp which means tht i hve nowhere 2 escape. If we had 2 head down ourselves, there might be a chance tht we might not need 2 go.) Leave you guys wth a description of a Sagittarius guy tht i got frm my email. A Sagittarius Man
A man who loves social life and curious about every new progress, new development to make sure he is in the era and always have all up date information. If you have problems, all your friends may feel sorry for you, but a Sagittarius will be the one who will give you a helping hand first and even expect no return favor. That's why he is a real charmer even if he sometimes is a big mouth.

When he is mad , he can be quite fierce but quickly dissolve and easily forget abt it. He is not a person who will take revenge, so if he say he's going to burn down your house, you can relax. Some Sagittarius are gifted musician, or singer. He is a happy soul, who has good humor and lots of jokes. He loves freedom, being lively and is very energetic. If he is working, he will take his job seriously. He likes to travel, likes to see new exciting places. Going out or traveling makes him happy.

Sagittarius man is like a free bird. He lives as if everyday is Sunday. He will hardly be in a bad mood, but if he is in a bad mood, you will better leave his sight. If you want to talk to him in such mood, try to avoid � issue of commenting on his life.

He flirts like other man, but he has a built in brake, so he will come back to you by himself. He falls in love as easy as he catches cold, especially if she is cute, funny and she has a strong personality. No one can tell how long he will be in love each time. If you want to really hold a Sagittarius man, act like you are in an adventure movie. At all times, you should make yourself lively, tell him some jokes, always be cute so that it will ease up his allergy to other pretty woman a bit.
