Half day off
It's around 12 noon & i'm back home, aren't i suppose 2 be in camp? No, i don't hve any MCs or didn't go 2 report sick & got Attend C status. Well it's a reward for participating in � CMEO Parade. Yeah, got 3 half day offs in total, one was last week where i got 2 report later, another one was yesterday where our officer decided 2 let us go off early in preparation for today's parade & � last one was today. So here i am at home, updating my blog.

� parade was still alright, jus tht � speech given was a little too lengthy, so much so tht somebody frm our contingent cldn't stand any longer & kinda fainted, if i'm not wrong (not too sure since i cldn't really see wat happened). Other than tht, everything went on smoothly as planned. Will be having another parade coming up soon, for � change of my unit's Commanding Officer. Tis is in a way gd news 2 me since i'll hve � chance of staying away frm � workshop, which means staying away frm work. Take for example tis wk, i only went back 2 � workshop for 2 days. Tues & today i had parade stuff, tomorrow i
ll be doing Guard Duty till Sat, then Sat is a no work day. Quite happy abt it since i won't really need 2 touch any one of those 14 MGs tht are waiting 2 be repaired. On � othr hand, sympathise wth those in my section who aren't taking part in � parade, since they'll be � ones repairing most of � 14 MGs (jus for your info, there aren't many pple left in my section since most of us are involve in � parade). Nevertheless, i did contribute a little by repairing a piston of � MG, haha. H/e, 1 disadvantage wld be � worsening of my left ankle. It's gradually becoming more painful after each parade. Hopefully during tis period of rest, i'll be able 2 recover fully.

Will be heading out later i suppose, don't wanna waste tis rare opportunity of having half day off. Besides, will be able 2 get some sleep tomorrow instd since i'll be performing my Guard Duty tomorrow. Well nothing much i can do abt it, but looking on � bright side, my Sat in camp will be a short one since i'll be having Guard Rest till 1000hrs, where 2 hrs later i'll be falling out, hehe. Jus realise tht my wks are getting easier & easier 2 pass by, unlike last time where i wld hve Monday Blues. Nowadays it seem 2 vanish, not feeling to blue-ish any more. Guess mayb it's � numerous parade rehearsals tht enable me 2 escape frm work. Wish there were more stuff which enables me 2 get away frm work.
