New Kids On The Block
Had a bunch of new guys fresh frm their BMT, some frm Tekong while othrs are frm Mono-intakes of � Armour Unit. Reminded me when i was fresh out of Tekong, where i'm botak & tanned. Remembered � feeling of being pushed ard & doing all � "Sai Kang" tht � officers told us 2 do. Absolutely hate it, but we hve no choice, we are new & hafta listen 2 instructions. I sympathise wth them, since i've been thru part of wat they're going thru now. It's like standing � whole day there, waiting for instructions on wat 2 do, it's really darn boring. If we told � officers tht we hve nothing 2 do, they'll bound 2 find sth for us 2 do. H/e, i hve 2 admit tht having them around saves us, � new birds there, frm doing some of � work. So it's not tht bad having them ard afterall, hehe. Evil me....
Getting � hang of repairing wpns. I guess more practise in tis case really helps you 2 be more familiar wth � wpns. Quite happy tht i'm getting a little confident unlike at � beginning, but i'm still pretty afraid of doing certain things cauz don't wanna get scolded. Jus don't like � feeling of being reprimanded. H/e if you don't try, you'll nvr learn, at least tht's wat i think. Tmr's my IPPT & i don't think i'll be able 2 get my $100, due 2 my left ankle, which hasn't fully recovered. It's getting worst in fact. Even my right knee is feeling a little bit pain right now since there was a period where i was very dependent on my right leg as i walk. Nevertheless, i'll try my best tmr. Hopefully it rains, tht's � best thing.
