Something strange happened jus now: Smoke was coming out frm � newly installed VCR in my Bro's room. At 1st, i heard a strange noise & was figuring out where it came frm. � nxt second, i saw smoke coming out frm � VCR which kinda freaked me out cauz i didn't do anything to it at all. My aunt was around & was totally freaked out by it as well. Quickly went 2 switch � main power supply, jus in case there's a electricity breakdown or something. Really wondered why it wld be like tht, though nothing was done to it. It was brand new, as wat my Mum told me, which was even surprising 2 hve tis type of thing happening.

YeAh! Won't be doing Guard Duty alone 2molo, will be accompanied by another 2 of my course-mates. Feeling much better right now, since i won't be alone, feeling lost & stuff like tht. Better 2 hve somebody u knw around wth u, then hve strangers around u. Hopefully won't need 2 prowl at night, which depends on � Duty Officer, whether he's a slacker or a garang (outstanding) soldier. In tht case, i'll be able 2 get enough slp, which will last me thru � entire Fri. Think my officers are really trying to kill us, by making us go for lessons, during times when we weren't doing any duties, in � afternoon. Supposedly we didn't hve 2 attend any lessons 4 � entire day if we had Guard Duty, which means tht we can really slack, since tis is afterall a 24hr Guard Duty. H/e, due 2 � rush of time & not wanting us 2 miss lessons, we hve 2 go back whenever we are resting or not doing any duties. Luckily, our Guard Rest on � nxt day is not taken away, as in after our duty, we are given 2 hrs of rest b4 going back 2 our lessons, otherwise i wld seriously think tht it's very unfair to us.

Oh well, nothing much i can do abt it. All i can say is tht tis trial thingy (If i hve not mention b4, my batch is actually � 1st batch 2 test out tis new system, 2 see whether it's more effective as compared 2 � previous system) is very screwed up. Nothing's really gone according 2 schedule & i can also say tht we aren't really taught properly. Guess � grp is too big, tht's why there's difficulty juggling all of us, besides there's a lack of instructors as well. Watever larhz......SiAnz, doing Guard Duty tomorrow. Really hate doing it man. Hopefully time will fly past when i'm there, otherwise it wld be a miserable night for me man. Wish me luck, hahaz.
